Onze opdrachtgever is een industrieel productiebedrijf. De werkvoorbereiding vormt de verbinding tussen technische informatie en de uitvoering in de productie. Jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat collega’s met de juiste tekeningen, materialen en afspraken aan het werk kunnen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Kun je technisch denken en houd je graag overzicht? Als werkvoorbereider werktuigbouwkunde bekijk je wat nodig is om een werkopdracht goed uit te voeren. Je controleert tekeningen en informatie, organiseert materialen en stemt de planning af. Wanneer iets ontbreekt of een levering vertraging oploopt, maak je dit tijdig bespreekbaar. Zo ondersteun je de uitvoering met een voorbereiding waarop collega’s kunnen vertrouwen.

• Werkopdrachten en technische tekeningen beoordelen en ontbrekende informatie uitvragen.

• De benodigde materialen en onderdelen bepalen en beschikbaarheid controleren.

• Uitvoeringsinformatie verzamelen en praktisch ordenen voor de productie.

• Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over onderdelen en levertijden.

• Planning en volgorde van werkzaamheden afstemmen met de uitvoering.

• De voortgang volgen en knelpunten in materiaal of informatie signaleren.

• Wijzigingen verwerken en betrokken collega’s informeren.

• Werkdocumentatie bijhouden zodat de uitvoering over actuele gegevens beschikt.

• Werktuigbouwkundig inzicht en het vermogen om technische informatie te beoordelen.

• Je werkt georganiseerd en denkt vooruit over wat de uitvoering nodig heeft.

• Je kunt technische vragen duidelijk bespreken met collega’s en leveranciers.

• Je bewaakt afspraken en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig.
