En IVCISA buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Semi Senior con pasión por la tecnología, autonomía y capacidad para aportar soluciones sólidas en un entorno innovador. Te incorporarás al equipo de Desarrollo e Innovación, asumiendo un rol clave en proyectos con foco en arquitectura backend, integraciones complejas y desarrollo de interfaces frontend.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseño, desarrollo y optimización de aplicaciones backend escalables en Node.js y Python.
  • Desarrollo e implementación de interfaces y componentes frontend completos y funcionales.
  • Diseño, creación e integración de APIs RESTful seguras y eficientes.
  • Gestión de despliegues y mantenimiento de aplicaciones en entornos de pre-producción y producción.
  • Análisis, diagnóstico y resolución autónoma de incidencias y cuellos de botella.
  • Participación activa en revisiones de código (Code Reviews) y diseño de propuestas de mejora técnica o arquitectónica.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos

  • Experiencia sólida comprobable (2 a 4 años) en Node.js y Python.
  • Dominio de HTML, CSS, JavaScript y experiencia práctica trabajando con frameworks frontend (React o Vue).
  • Experiencia avanzada en diseño, consultas complejas y optimización de bases de datos relacionales (MySQL y PostgreSQL).
  • Experiencia consolidada trabajando con Docker y arquitecturas orientadas a microservicios.
  • Uso avanzado de control de versiones (GitHub / GitLab) y buenas prácticas de integración (ej. GitFlow, Pull Requests).
  • Experiencia configurando, manteniendo y utilizando pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en AWS u otros proveedores de nube (despliegue de servicios, gestión básica de infraestructura).

Se valorará positivamente

  • Experiencia implementando pruebas automatizadas (unitarias y de integración).
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de orquestación (ej. Kubernetes) o infraestructura como código (Terraform).
  • Iniciativa para guiar o brindar mentoría técnica a perfiles Junior.
  • Uso avanzado de herramientas de gestión ágil (Jira) y metodologías Scrum/Kanban.
