En IVCISA buscamos un/a Especialista de Preventas (Pre-Sales / SDR) con fuerte orientación a resultados, proactividad y excelente capacidad de persuasión para gestionar los prospectos que ingresan a nuestra organización. Te incorporarás como una pieza clave en nuestro motor de crecimiento, actuando como el primer punto de contacto técnico-comercial para los leads inbound y siendo el puente estratégico entre las iniciativas de Marketing y el equipo de Ventas.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender, contactar y calificar de manera ágil todos los leads que llegan a la organización a través de nuestros distintos canales de marketing.
  • Entender a fondo las necesidades y puntos de dolor del prospecto para determinar si nuestras soluciones hacen "fit" con sus requerimientos (calificación técnica y de negocio).
  • Realizar presentaciones iniciales y demostraciones de producto de alto nivel, adaptando la propuesta de valor a la realidad de cada cliente potencial.
  • Actuar como puente de comunicación y coordinador entre los equipos de Marketing (generación de demanda) y Ventas (cierre de negocios).
  • Documentar y mantener actualizada toda la información, interacciones y el estado de los leads dentro de nuestro CRM, asegurando la trazabilidad del proceso.
  • Nutrir a los prospectos en etapas tempranas (lead nurturing) y garantizar una transición fluida y documentada de las oportunidades calificadas al equipo comercial.

Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos

  • Experiencia comprobable en roles de Preventas, SDR (Sales Development Representative), BDR o ventas consultivas B2B.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa, persuasión y manejo de objeciones.
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) y plataformas de comunicación corporativa.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad de análisis para medir tasas de conversión y cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta de leads (SLAs).
  • Habilidad para traducir conceptos o soluciones técnicas iniciales en lenguaje de negocio y beneficios claros para el cliente.
  • Alta capacidad de organización, priorización y gestión de múltiples prospectos en simultáneo.

Se valorará positivamente

  • Familiaridad con el sector tecnológico, empresas de software o venta de servicios IT (SaaS, desarrollo a medida, etc.).
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de prospección y automatización (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, herramientas de secuencias de correos, etc.).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de ventas (Inbound Sales, SPIN Selling, BANT, etc.).
