Ben jij er klaar voor om impact te hebben op een van de belangrijkste sectoren in de wereld? Bij IXON connecten wij machines met hun makers. Door machinebouwers wereldwijd toegang te geven tot hun machines en data zorgen wij voor een revolutie in industrial automation. Met onze end-to-end oplossing, bestaande uit een cloudplatform met geïntegreerde remote access, geven wij machinebouwers de tools en technologie in handen om hun businessmodellen te transformeren en daarmee toekomstbestendig te blijven. Dit alles met als doel: Efficiëntere productie met de laagst mogelijke impact op de wereld.

Tijdens deze stage van een half jaar (startende in februari) ga je aan de slag met de uitrol van Business Control binnen onze R&D-afdeling, waar dit op dit moment nog niet aanwezig is. Wij geloven dat het geluk van de mens hem zit in het hebben van autonomie, een doel (purpose) en de kans om te groeien. Business control heeft daar een enorme impact op! Doordat de behaalde resultaten zichtbaar worden, kunnen deze gevierd worden en zie je direct hoe je zelf presteert en groeit binnen het bedrijf. Business control op R&D is best een uitdaging, want regels code tellen is niet de oplossing en de opbrengst van nieuwe producten is vaak nog lastig in te schatten. Jij gaat de uitdaging aan om toch controle te krijgen over de business!

Hoewel geen dag hetzelfde is, houd jij je tijdens een gemiddelde werkweek onder andere bezig met de volgende activiteiten:

  • De bestaande rapportagestructuur en kosten binnen de R&D-afdeling in kaart brengen;
  • Het maken van een concreet uitrolplan (waaronder het bepalen van KPI's, rapportages en reviews);
  • Meehelpen met rapportageverbeteringen en overkoepelend meekijken op de afdeling;
  • Wanneer er tijd is: een pilot draaien met één van onze teams om jouw theorie in de praktijk te brengen.

Jij past perfect bij de pioniersgeest van onze organisatie. Dit betekent dat je niet bang bent om buiten de lijntjes te kleuren, initiatief te nemen en daardoor dus graag aan de slag gaat met nieuwe inzichten en projecten. Daarnaast ben je analytisch sterk, werk je graag zelfstandig en ben je van nature erg nieuwsgierig.

Wat wij van jou verwachten:

  • Je bent een Bachelor student in de richting Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of soortgelijk;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een stageduur van een half jaar (startende in februari);
  • Je hebt de gedrevenheid om een complexe uitdaging, zoals het meetbaar maken van R&D, aan te vliegen.
