Was Sie erwartet

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen und strategischen Personalbereich einschließlich Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams sowie aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Personalstrategie in Abstimmung mit dem Kaufmännischen Leiter und der Geschäftsführung sowie Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter personalpolitischer Maßnahmen
  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Bearbeitung operativer Personalthemen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von Recruiting und Onboarding über Personalbetreuung und -entwicklung bis zum Offboarding
  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Lohnbüro einschließlich der erforderlichen Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher und personeller Einzelmaßnahmen sowie Beratung der Führungskräfte
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat einschließlich Vorbereitung und Führung von Verhandlungen zu personal- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Themen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse sowie Aufbau und Pflege geeigneter HR-Kennzahlen und Steuerungsinstrumente

Was wir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht sowie im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht; Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen und Entgeltabrechnung sowie Kenntnisse der Tarifverträge der Metall- und Elektroindustrie von Vorteil
  • Strategische und unternehmerische Denkweise verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
