Darba vieta: Jaunā iela 39I, Jēkabpils, Jēkabpils novads, LV-5201

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

• identificēt sociālās problēmas un noteikt klientu vajadzības,

• izstrādāt kopīgi ar klientiem intervences plānus atbilstoši identificētajām sociālajām problēmām ar mērķi uzlabot vai attīstīt klienta sociālas iemaņas, motivēt viņus pārmaiņām, slēgt sadarbības līgumus un vadīt tajā paredzēto uzdevumu izpildi,

• nodrošināt klientiem nepieciešamo speciālistu pakalpojumus, veicināt klientu līdzdalību sociālo problēmu risināšanā, sadarbojoties ar Dienesta un citu valsts un pašvaldības institūciju darbiniekiem,

• organizēt sociālo resursu sistēmu piesaisti konkrēto indivīdu, sociālo grupu, kopienu vai sabiedrības sociālo problēmu risināšanā,

• sniegt psihosociālo atbalstu,

• izmantot atbilstošas metodes darbam ar klientu individuāli vai grupā, vai darbam ar ģimeni, lai identificētu sociālo problēmu un noteiktu atbilstoša sociālā pakalpojuma iespējas;

• iekārtot klientu lietas, apkopojot tajās informāciju par klientu, viņa ģimenes stāvokli, sociālo situāciju, materiālo stāvokli u.tml.,

• sagatavot atzinumus bāriņtiesai, citām valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām pēc pieprasījuma, nepieciešamības gadījumā, piedalīties Jēkabpils novada Bāriņtiesas sēdēs aprūpes un aizgādības tiesību jautājumos, kā arī pārstāvēt klientu intereses citās valsts institūcijās un pašvaldību iestādēs atbilstoši pilnvarojumam un kompetencei,

• analizēt sociālo problēmu cēloņus, sniegt priekšlikumus sociālo problēmu risināšanai.</
