Aicinām komandai pievienoties sociālo darbinieku darbam ar ģimenēm ar bērniem — profesionāli, kurš spēj sniegt atbalstu sarežģītās dzīves situācijās, veicināt ģimeņu drošību un labklājību, kā arī sadarboties ar dažādām institūcijām kopīgu risinājumu meklēšanā.

Tavi galvenie pienākumi:

  • Veikt sociālo darbu ar ģimenēm ar bērniem: identificēt sociālās problēmas, izvērtēt sociālo situāciju un vadīt sociālā gadījuma procesu;
  • sadarbībā ar Klientu noteikt sociālās problēmas un vajadzības, izstrādāt sociālās rehabilitācijas vai sadarbības plānu;
  • informēt Klientu par iespējamiem sociālajiem pakalpojumiem, sociālo palīdzību un citiem atbalsta resursiem;
  • strādāt ar vienoto pašvaldības sociālās palīdzības administrēšanas sistēmu (SOPA) un citām informācijas sistēmām;
  • apsekot Klientus dzīvesvietā;
  • sadarboties ar valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām Klientu sociālo jautājumu risināšanā;
  • veikt preventīvu darbu sociālo problēmu rašanās novēršanai. Sadarboties ar citām valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām Klienta sociālo problēmu risināšanā;
  • veikt darbu dažādās Smiltenes novada teritorijās, apmeklējot arī iestādes pieņemšanas punktus un nodrošinot mobilu sociālo darbu pašvaldības teritorijā.
