The posting

We are seeking a Local Class A CDL Driver for a high-paying dedicated Target account based in the Columbus, OH area. Enjoy top-of-the-line late-model equipment, reliable daily home time, strong weekly mileage pay, and full employee benefits.

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home Time: Home Daily.
  • Schedule: 6-day work week schedule.
  • Dispatch Times: Mid-morning dispatches between 09:00 and 12:00.
  • Daily Mileage: Averaging 200 to 450 round-trip miles per day.

Route & Equipment

  • Account Type: Dedicated Target retail distribution.
  • Delivery Scope: Local regional store deliveries originating from the local area.
  • Equipment: Top-of-the-line trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. Trucks cannot be taken home; daily commute to the local facility is required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,850 – $2,500 per week.
  • Pay Structure: Cents Per Mile (CPM) + additional bonus opportunities.
  • Bonus: $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus.
  • Employment Status: W-2 position with full medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Driver Qualifications

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
  • Hiring Radius: Must reside within 50 miles of Columbus, OH.
