Job Description:

  • Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi terhadap cost operasional pada seluruh aktivitas logistik dan distribusi.
  • Mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan menganalisis data cost operasional sebagai dasar penyusunan laporan dan rekomendasi.
  • Mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya pembengkakan cost serta menyusun usulan tindakan perbaikan dan efisiensi.
  • Melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas penggunaan armada, tenaga kerja, dan sumber daya operasional untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
  • Melaksanakan analisis khusus serta tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pengendalian cost sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan arahan manajemen.

Job Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Jurusan Akuntansi, Ekonomi, Matematika.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun di cost analyst, cost control, finance analyst, busines analyst (Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Mampu menggunakan tools pendukung (Ms. Office, terutama Microsoft Excel for intermediate and advance).
  • Memiliki pengalaman di industri logistik, ekspedisi, supply chain, atau transportasi (Memahami proses operasional logistik atau ekspedisi menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, dan berpikir kritis yang baik.
  • Terbiasa mengolah data dalam jumlah besar (big data) dan membuat insight untuk pengambilan keputusan.
