Job Description - Menyusun, memeriksa, dan melakukan verifikasi ulang terhadap nota/invoice yang diajukan oleh setiap PIC Gudang. - Memastikan proses reimbursement dan pembayaran invoice telah sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku. - Memproses pengajuan reimbursement dan pembayaran berbagai costoperasional, termasuk petty cash, tenaga kerja, sewa gudang, sewa peralatan, dan cost operasional lainnya. - Menginput data dan nominal yang telah disusun dan diajukan ke dalam database utama secara akurat dan tepat waktu. - Memantau dan memeriksa catatan kehadiran tenaga kerja outsourcing di seluruh proyek untuk memastikan data kehadiran akurat dan sesuai dengan dokumen pendukung. - Berkoordinasi dengan tim Procurement terkait kebutuhan pembelian serta memastikan proses pengadaan barang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek dan prosedur yang berlaku. - Berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan PIC Gudang dalam penyusunan dan pengajuan nota petty cash. - Mengelola dan memelihara catatan cost serta pendapatan untuk gudang di seluruh Indonesia. - Memastikan seluruh aset proyek dan gudang tercatat, terdokumentasi, dan diperbarui secara akurat dalam sistem terkait. - Memperbarui dan memelihara laporan mingguan terkait data operasional gudang di seluruh Indonesia.

Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; candidates with a background in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration are preferred. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in administration and basic financial knowledge are preferred. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic data processing and entry. 4. Detail-oriented, organized, neat, and able to manage documents accurately. 5. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
