Job Description

  • Je ondersteunt één van de HR Business Partners bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren van alle stagiaires binnen JDE België
  • Advertenties plaatsen, plannen van interviews en screenen van kandidaten
  • Je wordt betrokken bij het onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van een onthaaldag voor alle nieuwe medewerkers
  • Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheden in globale HR projecten toegewezen bijvoorbeeld Employer Branding.
  • Je levert een bijdrage aan nieuwe initiatieven of projecten op het brede spectrum van HR
  • Optimaliseren van HR processen binnen de Employee Life Cycle
  • Je mag participeren aan het optimaliseren van HR processen
  • Je bent op wekelijkse basis verantwoordelijk voor onze interne communicatie aan de business
  • Je bent volwaardig lid van het team dat je de nodige ondersteuning zal bieden, kennis en ervaring. Zoals elk lid van het team krijg je een actieve rol toegewezen
  • Er is absoluut ruimte om een gedeelte van je stage naar eigen interesses en sterktes in te vullen

Qualifications

  • Je zit in het laatste of voorlaatste jaar van een opleiding aan de universiteit of hogeschool, bij voorkeur met specialisatie HR
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plusplunt
  • Je bent voor een periode van minimaal 5 maanden fulltime beschikbaar, je kunt opstarten in augustus/ september 2026. Gelieve bij je applicatie je termijn te vermelden.
