OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a proyectos de ingeniería de producto, participando en el diseño, modelado, documentación técnica y validación de soluciones manufacturables, asegurando funcionalidad, calidad y cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente.

Perfil de Puesto

  • Diseñar y modelar productos y ensambles en SolidWorks.
  • Elaborar planos de fabricación, ensamble y documentación técnica.
  • Generar y administrar listas de materiales (BOM) y archivos DXF.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y validación de prototipos.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos y cambios de ingeniería.
  • Colaborar con Producción y Calidad para asegurar soluciones manufacturables.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en diseño, costo y procesos.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar modelos y planos 3D/2D conforme a especificaciones.
  • Crear y actualizar BOM, DXF y documentación técnica.
  • Participar en pruebas y validación de prototipos.
  • Dar soporte técnico a Producción durante la fabricación y ensamble.
  • Mantener control documental y seguimiento de cambios de ingeniería.
  • Cumplir tiempos de desarrollo y calidad en los entregables.

Escolaridad

Titulado o en proceso de titulación de las siguientes carreras:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica.
  • Ingeniería Mecatrónica.
  • Ingeniería en Diseño Mecánico.
  • Ingeniería en Manufactura.
  • Ingeniería Industrial con experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de producto.
  • Carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en diseño de producto, manufactura o desarrollo de proyectos de ingeniería.

Conocimientos Técnicos

Indispensables

  • SolidWorks (nivel intermedio o avanzado).
  • Diseño y modelado 3D.
  • Elaboración e interpretación de planos.
  • Generación y administración de listas de materiales.
  • Elaboración de archivos DXF.
  • Conocimientos de procesos de manufactura.
  • Excel intermedio.

Deseables

  • Desarrollo y validación de prototipos.
  • Control documental y cambios de ingeniería.
  • Conocimiento en diseño de empaques y tarimas.
  • Manejo de ERP o sistemas de gestión documental.

Idiomas

  • Inglés avanzado o bilingüe.
  • Capacidad para mantener conversaciones técnicas y leer, interpretar y elaborar documentación de ingeniería.
