OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de productos para la línea Shield Telco — gabinetes, sistemas de distribución eléctrica y soluciones de infraestructura. Con capacidad de arrancar proyectos de forma autónoma desde el primer día.

¿QUÉ HARÁS?

  • Diseñar y desarrollar gabinetes y enclosures para aplicaciones de telecomunicaciones.
  • Desarrollar soluciones de distribución eléctrica: fuentes de poder, fuse panels y sistemas de protección.
  • Integrar componentes eléctricos y mecánicos asegurando funcionalidad, manufactura y confiabilidad del producto.
  • Generar modelos 3D, planos técnicos, DXF y BOM completas desde la primera iteración.
  • Liderar el proceso de prototipado y validación de diseños en condiciones reales.
  • Gestionar cambios de ingeniería con trazabilidad y documentación completa.
  • Escalar la línea hacia nuevas soluciones de infraestructura (sistemas de climatización y otros) conforme evolucione el portafolio.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

Licenciatura concluida en:

  • Ingeniería Industrial
  • Ingeniería Mecánica
  • Ingeniería Mecatrónica
  • Ingeniería Electrónica
  • o carreras afines.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Diseño mecánico de gabinetes y estructuras metálicas para telecomunicaciones.
  • Sistemas de distribución eléctrica: fuentes de distribución, fuse panels, protecciones.
  • Integración electromecánica de componentes en entornos Telco.
  • Elaboración de planos de fabricación, ensamble y diagrama eléctrico básico.
  • Listas de materiales (BOM) con criterio técnico y comercial.
  • Software CAD 3D (SolidWorks u otro).
  • Generación de DXF para corte y manufactura.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia comprobable en el diseño y desarrollo de gabinetes e infraestructura para proyectos de telecomunicaciones (Telco), garantizando el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas y estándares de la industria.
  • Inglés avanzado (B2, C1 o superior) indispensable, con capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en entornos profesionales. La entrevista final con Dirección se realiza íntegramente en inglés.
