O Analista Financeiro tem como missão apoiar a equipe financeira na gestão dos processos financeiros da empresa, fornecendo informações precisas e mantendo a tomada de decisões estratégicas, garantindo o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos financeiros.

1. Realizar análises financeiras para dar suporte ao planejamento e tomada de decisão;

2. Preparar relatórios financeiros, como fluxo de caixa, balanço patrimonial e demonstração de resultados;

3. Auxiliar na elaboração do orçamento anual da empresa;

4. Acompanhar e analisar as despesas da empresa, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos;

5. Monitorar o desempenho financeiro da empresa e identificar possíveis riscos;

6. Acompanhar a execução do orçamento e realizar ajustes conforme necessário.

7. Fazer a conciliação bancária;

8. Controlar contas a pagar e receber.

Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber; · Realizar conciliações bancárias e financeiras; · Elaborar, controlar e analisar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado; · Acompanhar solicitações de títulos a pagar e a receber (vencimentos, liquidações, atrasos, inadimplência e necessidade de cobrança);

· Acompanhar saldos bancários, aplicações, transferências e demais movimentações financeiras, garantindo a adequada posição de caixa. · Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal, assegurando que as movimentações estejam devidamente registradas, conciliadas e classificadas. · Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de relatórios e indicadores financeiros, contribuindo para a análise e tomada de decisão da gestão. · Interagir com as demais áreas da empresa para esclarecimento e regularização de pendências e inconsistências financeiras. · Apoiar o processo de previsão de caixa, orçamento e forecast, disponibilizando informações financeiras para as projeções e análises. · Identificar riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para o aprimoramento dos processos e controles financeiros. · Propor melhorias, padronização e automatização dos processos financeiros, buscando maior eficiência, confiabilidade e controle das operações.
