Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista em Marketing para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional, liderando as iniciativas de marketing digital, institucional e trade marketing da empresa. Buscamos um profissional orientado por resultados, com visão analítica e capacidade de transformar estratégias em ações que fortaleçam a marca, gerem oportunidades de negócio e apoiem diretamente a área comercial.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Planejar, executar e otimizar campanhas de mídia paga (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads e outras plataformas).
  • Desenvolver estratégias de geração de leads qualificados e suporte ao time comercial.
  • Planejar e gerenciar o marketing institucional, fortalecendo o posicionamento e a identidade da marca.
  • Atuar nas estratégias de trade marketing, desenvolvendo ações de apoio às vendas e de fortalecimento da presença da marca.
  • Planejar, produzir e acompanhar conteúdos para os canais digitais e redes sociais.
  • Gerenciar o calendário editorial e desenvolver ações voltadas ao engajamento e à performance.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), analisando métricas e propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Estruturar e otimizar funis de marketing e a jornada do cliente.
  • Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros da área de marketing.
  • Planejar e conduzir ações de divulgação em feiras, eventos e demais iniciativas institucionais.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de resultados.
  • Identificar novas oportunidades, canais e estratégias para ampliar a presença e os resultados da empresa.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência consolidada em Marketing Digital.
  • Vivência sólida com gestão de tráfego pago e campanhas de performance.
  • Experiência em marketing institucional e trade marketing.
  • Experiência na criação de conteúdo e gestão estratégica de redes sociais.
  • Conhecimento em geração de leads, funil de vendas e inbound marketing.
  • Domínio de Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics e ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao marketing.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado e facilidade na análise de indicadores.
