PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Cotação de Processos de Transporte Rodoviário Nacional / Internacional para carga geral.
  • Cotação junto aos terminais para custos de armazenagem e serviços acessórios Interação com Agentes, Clientes & Fornecedores.
  • Rotinas de Documentação, análise de Invoice/Packing List para elaboração de proposta Upload de propostas em sistemas de gerenciamento de cotação de clientes Preenchimento de BIDs e RFQs para envio a clientes-chave
  • Negociação com co-loaders, armadores, transportadoras e terminais
  • Suporte a cotação de cargas FR Bed Introdução detalhada aos conceitos de Breakbulk e análise dos termos
  • Elaboração do plano de estufagem para container especial e estudos de transporte rodoviário especial.

REQUISITOS:

  • Conhecimento Intermediário sobre Modais de Transportes Internacionais 2 a 3 anos de experiência na área de comércio exterior;
  • Ter desenvoltura para comunicar-se com clientes e agentes no exterior ;
  • Capacidade de execução de tarefas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Habilidade em Elaborar, Seguir e Acompanhar Fluxos;
  • Organização, Planejamento e Controle;
  • Dedicação e Determinação;
  • Facilidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Atencioso, Focado e assertivo;
  • Disposição para aprender, bom ouvinte, com perspectiva de crescimento e pró atividade
  • Inglês Intermediário;
  • Domínio EXCEL, POWER POINT e WORD;

REMUNERAÇÃO: Fixo + comissões
