CONHEÇA A EMPRESA CONTRATANTE:

"Multinacional Francesa de Produtos lácteos, em grande expansão e aquisições no Brasil."

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Atendimento a fornecedores e clientes internos, prestando suporte e esclarecimentos relacionados a pagamentos realizados e pendentes.
  • Conferência de pedidos de compra e lançamentos de notas fiscais, identificando possíveis divergências.
  • Apoio no desbloqueio e regularização de notas fiscais com inconsistências no processo.
  • Emissão e acompanhamento de relatórios de títulos em aberto e títulos pagos.
  • Interface com diferentes áreas da empresa, garantindo o correto fluxo de aprovação, programação e pagamento das contas.
  • Análise das movimentações financeiras do Contas a Pagar, realizando conferências e identificando divergências antes da liquidação dos pagamentos.
  • Apoio nas demandas de antecipação de pagamentos a fornecedores, por meio de portal próprio.
  • Envio e acompanhamento de títulos para operação de Confirming Santander.
  • Suporte à Coordenação nas demais demandas e rotinas administrativas da área financeira.

EXPERIÊNCIA:

  • Vivência nas Rotinas da descrição de cargo.

REQUISITOS:

  • Proatividade na solução de problemas
  • Desejável Vivência com SAP.
  • Conhecimento intermediário no pacote Office.
  • Conhecimento na área administrativa, de preferência princípios básicos no Contas a Pagar

FORMAÇÃO:

  • Superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.
