Drive recruitment from start to finish! You'll connect with top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews—and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also partner with HR teams to support key initiatives across one or more manufacturing locations.

What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

Full-Cycle Recruitment – Drive the hiring process from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

Talent Acquisition Strategy – Support innovative recruiting initiatives to attract top talent and meet workforce needs.

Candidate Engagement – Showcase career opportunities, company culture, and the benefits of joining our team.

Candidate Assessment – Evaluate qualifications, experience, skills, and compensation expectations to identify strong talent.

Hiring Manager Partnership – Connect qualified candidates with hiring teams to support informed hiring decisions.

Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Candidate Experience – Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Recruitment Tracking – Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting activity within our systems.

Talent Outreach – Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives.

HR Team Support – Collaborate on additional recruiting and HR priorities as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience with full cycle recruiting Must have strong geographic and industry knowledge of Janesville and surrounding areas Previous experience working with local trade schools and colleges Ability to engage talent at all levels in person, by phone, and in writing Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize requisitions Good working ability with MS Word and MS Outlook Excellent communication, time management and organization skills

What Sets You Apart:

Manufacturing/ experience with truck body manufacturing experience a plus Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR or related field Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus

Physical Requirements:

This role includes focused office work, spending up to 8 hours actively engaged at your workstation each day. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing plant, regularly talking and hearing to stay connected with your team. You’ll frequently stand, walk, and use your hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as reach with your hands and arms to get the job done.
