Ab 01.04.2026 startet in Norddeutschland mit der Wienäber GmbH & Co. Baumaschinen KG eine neue Partnerschaft. Als Teil der C. Ebel Verwaltungs-, Beteiligungs- und Geschäftsführungsgesellschaft mbH mit über 1.000 Mitarbeiter in über 20 Tochterunternehmen zählt Wienäber zu den erfolgreichsten Handels- und Servicebetrieben für Baumaschinen in Norddeutschland.

Wir suchen zum Start der neuen Partnerschaft (01.04.2026 oder jederzeit früher) mit Festanstellung bei Wienäber:

Baumaschinenverkäufer (m/w/d) im Außendienst für den Großraum zwischen Hamburg, Lübeck, Lüneburg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Verkauf unserer JCB Baumaschinen im Vertriebsgebiet Großraum Hamburg-Lübeck-Lüneburg,
  • kontinuierliche Betreuung eines bestehenden Kundenstamms sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung,
  • Kalkulation von Angeboten sowie Abwicklung von Aufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst,
  • eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktionen und Events bei unseren Kunden,
  • Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Marktanalyse,
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Werksbesuchen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von Investitionsgütern, vorzugsweise in der Baumaschinentechnik,
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigendynamik und Eigenverantwortung,
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität,
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung,
  • wohnhaft in oder nahe der Vertriebsregion (Großraum Hamburg, Lübeck, Lüneburg).
