The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting equipment sales, and assisting customers through the financing process. This role works closely with outside sales representatives, finance partners, and dealership leadership to move opportunities from initial contact through delivery. The anticipated application window will close on October 17, 2026.  Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Sales & Customer Development

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and CRM-generated leads. Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions. Manage leads, quotes, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities. Support outside sales representatives in growing market share and customer retention. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Financing & Credit Support

Assist customers with credit applications and financing documentation. Coordinate with finance partners and lenders to facilitate approvals. Understand and communicate financing, leasing, and promotional options. Track deals through approval, funding, and delivery stages.

Marketing & CRM Management

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems. Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, and YouTube content. Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales, service, parts, and management teams to ensure outstanding customer experience. Participate in product training and ongoing professional development. Other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, or a related customer-facing role. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organizational, relationship management, and follow-up skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including drug screening, background checks, and any applicable assessments, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

  Preferred Qualifications

Construction, agricultural, heavy equipment, truck, trailer, or industrial equipment sales. Equipment financing, credit applications, or lender coordination. Social media marketing and lead generation. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a high-stress environment. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise. Ability to understand processes (system and non-system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team player. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.

  Job Conditions

Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment. Subject to noise and temperature changes.
