SoCal JCB is an authorized dealer for JCB construction equipment including skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and telehandlers.   Position Purpose Reporting to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining various types of aerial and earth moving equipment.   Position Type Non-Exempt   Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Complete and turn in reports that capture all time and work completed Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance for customer machines Complete on-site system audits and evaluations Practice and adhere to all safety and training

  Minimum Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills 1-3 years installing and maintaining machines Ability to travel Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Computer skills needed perform diagnostics, complete reports, etc

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office software Comfortable in an in-person office environment Technical competence is a plus Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level Must have excellent follow-through skills Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings Must be open to domestic and international travel Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
