Job Description:-

· Experience in Tender Processes and online submission, etc.,

· Preparing Technical and Commercial Proposals with costing and estimation.

· Pre-Qualification procedures and thorough knowledge in tender scope & terms and conditions.

· Experience in Mechanical, Piping & associated works

· PID, Isometric, GA, 3D drawings interpretation, Preparing Bill of Materials and sourcing suppliers / vendors.

· Communication & Negotiating skill and liaison with Clients and Subcons.

· Knowledge in Authority regulations & requirements.

· Understanding of workflow and sequence for preparing the Technical & Commercial Proposals and experience in documentation standards

· Experience and knowledge in Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance shall

be an added advantage.

Requirements

· Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in cost estimation and preparing technical & commercial proposal documents.

· Software skills: MS-Office / MS-Projects / CAD
