Job Description

La posición de Analytics Executive (Junior) es una posición técnico-operativa enfocada en la ejecución diaria de implementaciones, etiquetado y mantenimiento de datos para las cuentas asignadas. Esta posición apoya directamente al Analytics Manager y a otros roles de liderazgo en la organización y en la entrega precisa y puntual de los requerimientos técnicos del cliente. Es un rol ideal para un perfil con conocimientos técnicos base que busca desarrollar su experiencia práctica en el ecosistema MarTech, asegurando la calidad de los datos y el cumplimiento de los estándares del equipo.

Responsabilidades

- Implementación de Tagging: Configurar etiquetas, variables y disparadores (triggers) principalmente en Google Tag Manager (GTM) tanto web como server-side, bajo la guía del Manager, así como en otras herramientas de tagging como Adobe Target, Quantum Metric, Appsflyer y Tealium.

- Mantenimiento de GA4 y Herramientas UX: Apoyar en la configuración y verificación de eventos en Google Analytics 4 (GA4) y herramientas de comportamiento como Quantum Metric y Appsflyer.

- Construcción de Dashboards: Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de reportes y dashboards en herramientas como Looker Studio, Power BI, Data Studio o Tableau.

- Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA): Realizar pruebas de validación e inspección técnica para verificar que los scripts, dataLayers y eventos registren datos de manera precisa.

- Cumplimiento de Entregables: Ejecutar las tareas asignadas en tiempo y forma, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs y tiempos de entrega acordados.

- Documentación Técnica: Mantener actualizada la documentación de las implementaciones (diccionarios de variables, metadata, mapas de tagging y notas técnicas de las cuentas).

- Comunicación Activa y Escalación: Notificar de manera inmediata al Analytics Manager (y/o al líder técnico de la cuenta) sobre cualquier bloqueo, anomalía en los datos o riesgo técnico identificado durante la ejecución.

- Comprensión del Negocio: Entender los objetivos del cliente y cómo la recolección de datos soporta sus métricas clave (KPIs).

- Colaboración: Participar activamente en las sesiones de alineación interna del equipo técnico para compartir avances y aprender de las soluciones aplicadas en otras cuentas.

Requisitos del perfil

- Precisión en configuraciones de código y etiquetado.

- Habilidad para expresar dudas técnicas, pedir ayuda a tiempo y reportar estatus de tareas de forma transparente.

- Orientación a la resolución de problemas y curiosidad por profundizar en tecnologías de analítica digital.

- Familiaridad con el funcionamiento de GA4 (Google Analytics 4) y nociones de herramientas de UX/Comportamiento (ej. Quantum Metric, Hotjar, ContentSquare, etc.).

- Conocimiento fundamental de Google Tag Manager (GTM) (Estructura de contenedores, tags, triggers y variables).

- Nociones básicas/intermedias de SQL y lógica de bases de datos.

- Comprensión básica de JavaScript y HTML (capacidad para leer e interpretar dataLayers, scripts sencillos y estructura DOM).

- Conocimiento básico en herramientas de reporting como Looker Studio o Power BI entre otras.

- Entendimiento general de cómo viajan los datos desde el sitio web/app hacia las plataformas de analítica.
