Job Description

La posición de Analytics Manager es un perfil técnico-operativo que gestiona y articula la operación diaria del equipo técnico, asegurando la excelencia técnica, la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes. En esta posición actuarás como el puente clave entre la ejecución técnica cotidiana y la visión de negocio. Brindará soporte estratégico a los líderes de cuenta para optimizar y elevar la estrategia general con nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinación Diaria: Planificar, asignar y dar seguimiento a las tareas del equipo técnico para garantizar entregas en tiempo y forma (SLA, KPIs del proyecto).

- Calidad y Estándares: Velar por la precisión de las implementaciones, los frameworks de medición, la estructuración de datos y la integración de etiquetas (tagging).

- Resolución de Bloqueos: Identificar y resolver de forma ágil cuellos de botella técnicos o procedimentales en la operación.

- Dirección del Equipo: Guiar al equipo técnico diario con un enfoque colaborativo, fomentando la mejora continua, el orden operativo y las buenas prácticas.

- Gestión de Comunicación: Facilitar una comunicación transparente, fluida y organizada entre el equipo técnico, los equipos multidisciplinarios internos y los stakeholders.

- Soporte al Equipo: Apoyar a otros miembros del equipo de Analytics que trabajan en sus cuentas compartiendo su experiencia y habilidades.

- Co-creación Estratégica: Colaborar de cerca con los líderes de cuenta y directores estratégicos para entender las necesidades del cliente y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas viables.

- Optimización Continua: Aportar visibilidad técnica y datos operativos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la estrategia del cliente y fomentar la retención/crecimiento de la cuenta.

Requisitos del Perfil

- Capacidad demostrada para priorizar, delegar y organizar el flujo de trabajo de un equipo técnico.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para sintetizar temas técnicos a audiencias operativas o directivas.

- Experiencia optimizando procesos y con orientación a la resolución de conflictos.

- Manejo sólido de GA4 (Google Analytics 4) y analítica de comportamiento/UX como Quantum Metric, entre otras herramientas.

- Experiencia avanzada en Google Tag Manager (GTM) (client y server-side).

- Dominio de SQL y modelado de datos (Data Models).

- Desarrollo en JavaScript y HTML (nivel suficiente para implementación de scripts de tagging, triggers y datalayers).

- Habilidad para construir y estructurar reportes analíticos para la toma de decisiones en herramientas como Data Studio, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, entre otras.

- Comprensión general de las metodologías de recolección de datos.

- Capacidad para describir diferentes casos de uso de análisis y explicar por qué uno puede ser más adecuado que otro.

- Experiencia brindando soporte en el diseño del modelo de datos, investigación y hallazgos, o gestión de campañas (en diferentes formatos según la especialidad prestada).
