Job Overview
We are seeking a Director, Financial Integrations to manage and ensure the successful outcome of all financial integration activities across the enterprise, including recent acquisitions, business transformations, ERP implementations, and strategic operational initiatives. This role will serve as a key connector across Project Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business Development, Tax, Operations, HR, IT, Enterprise Applications, and newly acquired businesses.
The successful candidate will build and manage a repeatable integration framework that accelerates timelines, improves financial visibility, strengthens controls, and supports a smooth employee and client experience during periods of change.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end financial integration planning and execution for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a repeatable financial integration playbook, including milestones, timelines, risks, owners, and success measures.
- Coordinate Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 finance activities, including post-close readiness and issue resolution.
- Lead ERP and finance systems integration activities, including master data conversion, reporting structures, project setup, and process alignment.
- Drive adoption of standard project finance processes for revenue recognition, project cost accounting, billing, collections, backlog reporting, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Identify process gaps, control risks, and integration issues; partner with stakeholders to define and execute remediation plans.
- Provide clear updates to senior and executive leadership on integration status, key risks, financial impacts, resource needs, and decision points.
What Success Looks Like
- Financial integrations are completed with speed, with minimal disruption to operations, clients, and employees.
- ERP and finance system conversions are accurate, controlled, and aligned with company standards.
- Revenue, billing, backlog, collections, and forecast processes are stabilized quickly after integration.
- Leadership has clear visibility into integration progress, risks, issues, and required decisions.
- Repeatable tools, templates, dashboards, and governance routines improve the speed and quality of future integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project Finance, FP&A, Integration Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations, transformation initiatives, or ERP-related programs.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, working capital, controls, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive decisions, and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar project-based ERP systems.
- Experience in professional services, global operations, or acquisition-heavy environments.
- Change management experience, including adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.

National Pay Range
$120,300—$168,400 USD
