REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing and Overseas' Operations
  • Knowledge on Electron Microscopes/Mass Spectrometers/Nuclear Magnetic Resonance/Electron Lithography Systems
  • Expected to Travel Extensively
  • Good Customers' Relationship Skills
  • Customers Focused and Result Oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Self Motivated and Problem Solving Attitude
  • Knowledge of Japanese is essential to support Japanese' Customers and Communication with Headquarters in Japan
  • Prepare and Review the Annual Budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze Regional Market Trends and Discover New Opportunities for Growth
  • Proficient with Microsoft Words, Excel and Power-point

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage Representatives in the Territory including Forecast, Business Plans and Follow-up on Opportunities
  • Prepare and Present Technical Sales Presentations to Customers' Decision Makers to promote company products
  • Follow up on Quotations and Feed Back
  • Achieve Sales Target
