Buscamos Analista Comercial Sênior para fortalecer a operação comercial dos nossos empreendimentos e atuar de forma estratégica no suporte às vendas e relacionamento com imobiliárias parceiras.

Se você tem perfil analítico, organização e gosta de atuar com comercial, essa pode ser uma excelente oportunidade.

Principais atividades: • Análise e validação de propostas comerciais • Interface com assessorias para processos de confissão de dívida • Aplicação de treinamentos para imobiliárias parceiras • Integração e conferência de contratos em sistema • Organização e acompanhamento de eventos em stands de vendas, meetings e ações com imobiliárias • Cotação, negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores (com aprovação da gestão) • Acompanhamento com assessorias de crédito nos processos de repasse e registro • Organização de arquivos e suporte aos processos administrativos da área comercial

Requisitos: • Ensino superior em áreas correlatas • Experiência na área comercial em construtora ou incorporadora • Pacote Office intermediário • Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa comunicação

Horário: Segunda à Quinta - 08h00 às 18h00 e Sexta - 08h00 às 17h00 (sábados por escala)

Local: Rio de Janeiro (Disponibilidade para atuar no stands Jeronimo da Veiga)
