Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: São Paulo/SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Missão da área que você irá atuar: Fortalecer o canal de Varejo por meio do desenvolvimento de parceiros, redes e pontos de venda estratégicos, impulsionando produtividade, expansão e crescimento sustentável dos resultados comerciais.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Atuar no desenvolvimento e gestão de parceiros estratégicos, contribuindo para o aumento da produtividade dos PDVs, fortalecimento das relações comerciais e construção de estratégias que ampliem a presença e a performance do canal de Varejo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento comercial com redes, parceiros e PDVs estratégicos.Construir, negociar e acompanhar planos comerciais e ações de crescimento junto às principais contas.Identificar oportunidades de aumento de vendas, ativação e produtividade dos parceiros.Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, resultados e planos de ação, propondo melhorias contínuas.Atuar como interface entre parceiros e áreas internas, alinhando estratégias com Trade, Marketing, Produtos, Operações e demais times.

Requisitos e qualificações É imprescindível que você tenha:Experiência em atuação comercial, gestão de parceiros, contas estratégicas ou desenvolvimento de negócios.Vivência em negociações comerciais e relacionamento com clientes corporativos.Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores e construção de planos de ação.Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel e PowerPoint.Conhecimento em CRM, ERP ou ferramentas de gestão comercial.Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:Experiência com varejo, canais indiretos, distribuidores ou redes de franquias.Vivência com gestão ou desenvolvimento de Key Accounts.Conhecimento em Power BI.Experiência com ações de ativação, incentivo e produtividade de canais de vendas.
