Wil jij als gedragswetenschapper aan de slag binnen een woonbegeleidingssetting in Amsterdam? En heb jij recent je universitaire opleiding (forensische) orthopedagogiek afgerond en ben je klaar om de praktijk in te gaan? Wil je werken met jongeren en (jong)volwassenen met complexe problematiek binnen een woonvorm waar begeleiding centraal staat? Dan is dit traineeship iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Tijdens dit tweejarige traineeship werk je als gedragswetenschapper bij een organisatie die specialistische begeleiding biedt aan jongeren en jongvolwassenen in een beschermde woonomgeving. Je krijgt de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen en tegelijkertijd extra trainingen en begeleiding te volgen.

· Je biedt inhoudelijke ondersteuning aan begeleiders die dagelijks werken met jongeren en jongvolwassenen met complexe, meervoudige problematiek.

· Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en borging van methodisch werken binnen de organisatie en helpt bij de implementatie van begeleidingsplannen.

· Je neemt deel aan trainingen en intervisiebijeenkomsten om je professionele groei te versnellen.

Waar ga je werken? De organisatie waar je aan de slag gaat biedt intensieve woonbegeleiding aan jongeren en jongvolwassenen (16 t/m 30 jaar) met complexe, meervoudige problematiek. De bewoners kampen vaak met uitdagingen op het gebied van zelfredzaamheid, sociaal-emotioneel functioneren en maatschappelijke participatie.

Binnen deze woonvoorziening wordt gewerkt met een gestructureerde en methodische aanpak om jongeren en jongvolwassenen te ondersteunen richting zelfstandigheid. Dit wordt gerealiseerd door:

• Hulp bij het aanleren van praktische en sociale vaardigheden, zoals budgetbeheer, sociale interactie en dagstructuur.

• Samenwerking met ketenpartners, waaronder gemeenten, hulpverleners en justitie, om integrale zorg en ondersteuning te bieden.

• Een intensieve aanpak bij complexe casussen, waarbij maatwerk en gedragsinterventies een centrale rol spelen.

Wat bieden wij jou? Het traineeship duurt twee jaar. Gedurende deze periode:

• Werk je vanaf dag één als gedragswetenschapper binnen de organisatie.

• Ontvang je een salaris tussen €3.400 en €3.900 per maand (bruto op basis van 36 uur).

• Volg je gemiddeld één keer per maand een training die jou helpt groeien in je vak.

• Krijg je externe werkbegeleiding van een ervaren gedragswetenschapper.

• Groei je binnen twee jaar uit tot een ervaren gedragswetenschapper binnen de jeugdzorg.

Wie zoeken wij?

Om in aanmerking te komen voor het traineeship, beschik je over:

• Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding, zoals orthopedagogiek.

• Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week.

• Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

• Ervaring binnen de jeugdzorg is een pré.
