Je staat aan het begin van je carrière als gedragswetenschapper. Je bent scherp, gedreven en klaar voor het echte werk. Maar je weet ook dat er in jouw functie veel verantwoordelijkheid op je schouders rust. Daarom wil je niet zomaar ergens beginnen: je zoekt een omgeving waarin je je in deze rol verder kunt ontwikkelen.

Bij Jeugdprofessionals Nederland bieden we een stevig fundament met ons traineeship voor gedragswetenschappers. Een werkplek waar je direct aan de slag gaat met een doelgroep die bij jou past, maar waarin je er niet alleen voor staat. Je krijgt vakinhoudelijke trainingen, intervisie, persoonlijke begeleiding en een team van ervaren professionals om je heen. Zo bouw jij aan je expertise en ontwikkel je het zelfvertrouwen dat nodig is om echt het verschil te maken in de levens van jongeren en gezinnen.

Traineeship in het kort:

  • Vanaf dag één aan het werk als gedragswetenschapper binnen het onderwijs, de jeugdzorg of gemeente;
  • Een soepele overgang van de studie naar het werkveld;
  • Maandelijkse trainingen, speciaal ontwikkeld door en voor gedragswetenschappers;
  • Inter- en supervisiegesprekken met mede-trainees;
  • Externe werkbegeleiding door een ervaren gedragswetenschapper;
  • Toegang tot ons online leerplatform;
  • Een salaris volgens de CAO van de organisatie waar je aan de slag gaat (€3400 – €3900).

Ervaring van een trainee:

“Het traineeship gedragswetenschapper biedt veel meerwaarde doordat de adviseurs en docenten echt weten wat er in de praktijk speelt. Ze begeleiden en onderwijzen je vanuit die kennis. Daarnaast is er veel ruimte voor persoonlijke inbreng en heerst er een informele, maar professionele sfeer. Ik zou dit traineeship aanraden aan elke gedragswetenschapper die na de studie zijn/haar professionele ontwikkeling een boost wil geven. Dankzij het traineeship voel ik me beter toegerust voor het vak van gedragswetenschapper én heb ik bijna alle punten voor mijn SKJ-herregistratie!”

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw persoonlijke en professionele groei staan centraal in dit traineeship. Je start bij een organisatie die goed bij jou past, waar je jouw opgedane kennis direct in de praktijk brengt en waardevolle werkervaring opdoet. De specifieke taken als gedragswetenschapper hangen af van de organisatie waar je aan de slag gaat. In een persoonlijk gesprek brengen we samen in kaart welke werkzaamheden en doelgroepen het beste aansluiten bij jouw interesses en kwaliteiten.

Tijdens je werk krijg je begeleiding van een ervaren gedragswetenschapper vanuit Jeugdprofessionals Nederland. Daarnaast volg je gerichte trainingen die jou helpen om je snel te ontwikkelen tot een stevige gedragswetenschapper. Ook neem je deel aan intervisiebijeenkomsten, waarin je casussen en andere werkgerelateerde vragen kunt bespreken met collega’s in het werkveld.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een (bijna) afgeronde universitaire opleiding, waarmee je de functie van gedragswetenschapper / orthopedagoog kunt uitvoeren;
  • Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week;
  • Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer;
  • Ervaring in de (jeugd)zorg of het onderwijs;
  • Aantekening diagnostiek is een pre.
