Oficial de Manutenção Civil - JLL

O que este cargo envolve:

Como Oficial de Manutenção Civil na JLL, você será responsável por garantir a excelência operacional das instalações prediais, executando manutenções preventivas e corretivas em diversos sistemas construtivos, acabamentos e instalações hidrossanitários. Esta função é essencial para manter a funcionalidade, segurança e qualidade das edificações sob gestão da JLL, proporcionando uma experiência superior aos nossos clientes e usuários finais. Você terá a oportunidade de aplicar suas habilidades técnicas em um ambiente dinâmico, trabalhando com uma equipe comprometida com a excelência operacional.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Executar manutenção de pisos diversos (granito, vinílico, borracha pastilada, cerâmico, cimentado liso e grosso) e juntas de dilatação horizontais e verticais
  • Realizar manutenção de acabamentos prediais, incluindo pintura, verniz, laminados melamínicos e metálicos, e aplicação de pastilhas
  • Efetuar manutenção, remanejamento e reparos em portas, painéis de divisórias, vidros temperados e laminados, incluindo substituição de fechaduras e maçanetas
  • Executar reparos em alvenarias, estruturas metálicas e concreto armado
  • Manter em operação as redes de esgotamento sanitário, gordura e águas pluviais, desde aparelhos sanitários e calhas até coletores primários e caixas de inspeção
  • Acompanhar técnicos terceirizados durante execução de serviços especializados e reportar periodicamente relatórios de manutenção via sistema WEB
  • Garantir o cumprimento de normas e procedimentos de segurança, assegurando a correta utilização de EPIs e EPCs

Qualificações Obrigatórias:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência comprovada em manutenção de infraestrutura predial
  • Domínio técnico em pintura com acabamento fino
  • Conhecimento prático em reparos de gesso e instalação/manutenção de divisórias
  • Experiência em manutenção de equipamentos sanitários
  • Conhecimento em tubulações de cobre e ferro

Qualificações Desejáveis:

  • Experiência em manutenção de diferentes tipos de revestimentos de piso
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de águas pluviais e esgotamento sanitário
  • Familiaridade com estruturas metálicas e concreto armado
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de manutenção via WEB
  • Capacidade de acompanhar e coordenar equipes terceirizadas
  • Conhecimento em normas de segurança do trabalho e uso de EPIs/EPCs

Local: Presencial - Tamboré - Barueri/SP

Turno de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-Feira - 10:48 - 20h - Sábados Alternados - 7h às 14h
