The posting

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

The opportunity

Hospitality is already part of how JLL serves clients, spread across Property Management (PM) and Work Dynamics (WD). You'll bring it together into one business.

You'll take what exists today, shape it into a single platform offering, and write the business case that takes it to market. This is a build role, that will eventually turn into a run role as well. You are expected to work with the PM and WD leadership, in alignment with Thais Galli, to create alignment on what the right solution is, and build the new platform accordingly.

Main responsibilities

1. Map what we already have

  • Identify every initiative across PM and WD that touches hospitality, including client programs, pilots and internal efforts.
  • Document where they overlap, where they leave gaps, and where clients are already asking for more.

2. Define the combined platform offering

  • Map the teams, skills and services behind those initiatives.
  • Define one platform service offering, built from the best of what PM and WD deliver today.
  • Set out what the platform will and won't include, and who it's for.

3. Build the business plan

  • Develop the pricing model.
  • Set revenue and growth assumptions, and test them against client demand.
  • Model operating costs and define the supporting team.
  • Plan marketing and other platform investments.
  • Present the plan to senior leadership with a clear ask and a decision date.

4. Bring the teams together

  • Work with HR and Real Estate Management Services (REMS) leadership to integrate the teams into the new platform.
  • Define roles, reporting lines and the skills the platform needs, and carry out the transition with the people involved.

5. Continuously evolve the platform with PM and WD

  • Partner with PM and WD leaders and their teams on a regular cadence to learn what they and their clients need.
  • Turn what you learn into updates to the offering, pricing and team model.

What you'll bring

  • 10-15 years of experience building or scaling a new business line, service offering or platform inside a large organization.
  • A track record in hospitality, facilities, property or workplace services. Depth in at least one is essential.
  • Financial fluency. You've built a business plan with pricing, P&L and investment cases, and you've defended it to senior leaders.
  • The ability to lead without direct authority across business lines, and to bring people with you through change.
  • Comfort working with HR on organization design and team integration.
  • Clear, concise communication, from client conversations to executive presentations.
  • Bachelors Degree

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
