The posting

Location: Dublin, Ireland Hours: 39 hours per week, full-time, permanent, plus participation in an on-call rota for property emergencies We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our student accommodation ResponsibilitiesManage reservations, occupancy and pricing across booking channels.Oversee check-in and check-out, guest relations and complaint resolution.Manage housekeeping, maintenance and suppliers; schedule and supervise staff.Control operating budget, revenue and costs; report monthly to management.Ensure compliance with health and safety and accommodation regulations.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' proven experience managing residential or accommodation properties and international clients.Experience supervising staff and suppliers.Fluent English, Portuguese (required: daily work with guests from Brazil, Portugal).Apply: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> · Closing date: 17/11/2026
