Бюро переводов "Арабист" приглашает в команду опытного менеджера. НЕ переводчика!

Обязанности:

- Общение с клиентами, получение и обработка заказов, подготовка КП.

- Поиск, подбор исполнителя с учетом специфики заказа, постановка задач, их распределение, контроль выполнения с соблюдением требований заказчика.

- Проверка и оценка качества текстов, полученных от переводчиков, в случае необходимости их редактирование и форматирование.

- Работа с CAT-программами: анализ текстов, разверстка PDF-файлов, формирование глоссария.

- Работа в CRM-системе.

- Подготовка отчетов по проектам.

Требования:

- Высшее образование - выпускник или магистрант факультетов: лингвистика, филология, перевод и переводоведение, менеджмент, информатика, управление проектами.

- Опыт работы от 3-х лет на должности менеджера бюро переводов.

- Опыт ведения проектов устных переводов.

- Грамотная письменная и устная речь.

- Свободное владение английским языком - не ниже upper intermediate.

- Владение другими иностранными языками будет преимуществом.

- Опыт редактирования текстов будет плюсом.

- Опыт работы в CRM-системах САТ (SmartCat, Memsource, Trados, Envy, Amo) желателен.

- Высокая концентрация, ответственность, системное мышление, структурированность.

- Умение работать в команде.

Условия:

- Полностью удалённая работа. Возможна полная, частичная или проектная занятость. Обсуждается с кандидатами.

- Заработная плата обсуждается.

- Оформление - договор услуг, подряда, ГПХ, самозанятые, ИП.
