Für die exklusiven SWISS Lounges am Flughafen Zürich sucht die Switzerland AG serviceorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die das Team mit Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service bereichern. In einem internationalen Umfeld trägst du dazu bei, den Gästen ein erstklassiges -Erlebnis zu bieten. Hauptaufgaben: - Betreuung und Bedienung von Premiumgästen in den SWISS Lounges - Bedienung unsere Gäste - Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse aller in den Lounges angebotenen Artikel (Getränke, Weine, Speisen, Herkunft) - Bereitstellung und Präsentation von Waren am Buffet - Bestands- und Inventarverwaltung - Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften - Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung - Sicherstellung eines angenehmen Gästeerlebnisses und Schaffung einer einladenden Atmosphäre - Einhaltung interner Gastronomie- und Servicestandards sowie verantwortungsvolle Vertretung des Unternehmens nach aussen Anforderungen: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Service oder Hotelfach oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung - Erfahrung im À-la-carte- und Bankettservice, idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie - Gute Produktkenntnisse in den angebotenen Bereichen (Wein, Kaffee, Speisen etc.) - Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Freundlichkeit, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und positive Ausstrahlung - Sichere und zuvorkommende Begrüssung sowie Betreuung der Gäste - Freude am aktiven Gästekontakt - Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Treffpunkt ist 30 Minuten vor Schicht Begin beim Service Center Ankunft 2 (ID /Pass ist zwingend mitzubringen) Falls eine Parkkarte benötigt wird, kann diese unter \[link hidden\] zu regulären Bürozeiten bestellt werden.
