Du behältst den Überblick - auch wenn es rundherum hektisch wird. Im Notfallzentrum treffen Menschen, Prozesse und unterschiedliche Berufsgruppen aufeinander. Damit im Hintergrund alles zuverlässig läuft, braucht es eine Administration, die organisiert, vorausschauend und nah am Geschehen ist.

  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle verbindest du Administration, Medizin, Pflege und weitere interne Bereiche und stellst eine professionelle administrative Patientenbegleitung sicher.
  • Du führst das Administrationsteam von 12 Mitarbeitenden, förderst ihre Entwicklung und sorgst für ein starkes Miteinander.
  • Die administrativen Abläufe hast du im Griff, erkennst Optimierungspotenzial und entwickelst Strukturen und digitale Prozesse weiter.
  • Auch bei hohem Patientenaufkommen setzt du die richtigen Prioritäten und stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.
  • Du verbindest deine Führungsrolle geschickt mit der operativen Mitarbeit im Alltag.
  • Du steuerst Ressourcen, behältst Kennzahlen und Qualität im Blick und leitest daraus konkrete Massnahmen ab.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem interprofessionellen Führungsteam gestaltest du die Zukunft des Notfallzentrums aktiv mit.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden bringst du mit.
  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder medizinische Grundausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Spitalumfeld - idealerweise in vergleichbarer Funktion.
  • Eine Führungsausbildung im Gesundheitswesen hast du bereits absolviert oder bist bereit, dich entsprechend weiterzubilden.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig, denkst vorausschauend und handelst lösungsorientiert.
  • Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und digital, hinterfragst Bestehendes und gestaltest Veränderungen aktiv mit.
