Notre client est un centre de réhabilitation établi et à but non lucratif, proposant une offre spécialisée dans divers domaines médicaux. Dans des équipes interdisciplinaires, les soins, la médecine et la thérapie collaborent étroitement pour accompagner les patientes et patients sur le chemin du retour à plus d-autonomie. Une infrastructure moderne, une grande expertise professionnelle et une collaboration respectueuse caractérisent l-environnement de travail. C-est pourquoi nous vous recherchons : en tant que infirmier diplômé HF avec expérience en gestion, vous prenez la direction organisationnelle et du personnel d-une équipe de soins spécialisée et contribuez activement au développement des soins.

  • Prise en charge de la direction du personnel et de l-organisation d-une équipe de soins spécialisée dans un service de réhabilitation protégé et sous surveillance
  • Assurer des soins professionnels aux patientes et patients ayant des besoins complexes après des événements neurologiques et interventions
  • Collaboration étroite avec la direction des soins ainsi qu-avec les médecins, thérapeutes et autres domaines professionnels interdisciplinaires
  • Développement de la qualité des soins, des structures et des processus de travail ainsi que participation active à l-avenir de la profession infirmière

Votre atout pour le nouvel employeur

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmière diplômée HF / infirmier diplômé HF ou formation équivalente reconnue en Suisse avec reconnaissance CRS
  • Expérience avérée en unité de soins intensifs et/ou formation continue correspondante dans le domaine des soins intensifs ; une expérience en réhabilitation est un avantage
  • Expérience en gestion ainsi que plaisir à organiser une équipe, prendre des décisions et soutenir le développement des collaborateurs
  • Conscience aiguë de la qualité et des responsabilités, pensée en réseau et très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
