Are you skilled at collaborating across an organization? Can you manage your tasks independently while contributing to the continued development and digitalization of our finance function? If so, you could be the accounting specialist we are looking for to join us on an interim basis during a colleague's parental leave.

Dine opgaver vil primært fokusere på inddrivelse af tilgodehavender, indhentning af dokumentation samt understøttelse og optimering af disse processer i tæt samarbejde med kolleger. Stillingen byder på en spændende og varieret opgaveportefølje inden for flere områder, herunder:

 

  • Daglige bogføringsopgaver inden for debitorområdet.
  • Registrering af kundeindbetalinger og opfølgning på udestående saldi, herunder regelmæssige rykkerprocedurer efter behov.
  • Kommunikation med kundernes kreditorafdelinger (Accounts Payable).
  • Generelle bogføringsopgaver, herunder afstemninger og hensættelser.
  • Deltagelse i månedsafslutning og kontoopfølgning.
  • Ad hoc-opgaver inden for regnskab og økonomi.

 

Vi arbejder med problemløsning på tværs af organisationen og har en tæt dialog med både kolleger og kunder verden over.

 

Your tasks will be focusing on collecting receivables, obtaining documentation and assisting with and improving these processes in collaboration with colleagues. This position offers an exciting and varied set of tasks within various areas such as:

 

  • Day-to-day account receivables bookkeeping tasks.
  • Processing customer payments and following up on outstanding balances, including regular dunning where needed.
  • Communication with customers' accounts payable departments.
  • General bookkeeping tasks as clearing and provisions.
  • Supporting month-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Ad hoc accounting tasks.

 

We work on problem-solving across the organization and where we engage in close dialogue with colleagues and customers worldwide.

  • Har 5-7 års erfaring fra en lignende stilling som regnskabsspecialist, gerne med stærkt fokus på debitorbogholderi.
  • Behersker engelsk flydende i skrift og tale og trives i et internationalt arbejdsmiljø.
  • Har solid erfaring med SAP. Erfaring med SAP betragtes som en stor fordel.
  • Er fortrolig med Office 365-pakken, særligt Excel.
  • Har et godt kendskab til bogførings- og regnskabsprincipper.
  • Er serviceminded og besidder gode kommunikative evner.
  • Arbejder struktureret og har stor sans for detaljer og præcision i det finansielle arbejde.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig bidrage positivt som holdspiller.

 

  • Have 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Specialist, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Have solid experience with SAP; SAP skills are considered a strong advantage.
  • Are proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel.
  • Possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Are service-minded with well-developed communication skills.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Are able to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Accounting Team består af 13 medarbejdere og to trainees. I afdelingen lægger vi vægt på åben dialog, ofte med et strejf af humor. Der er respekt for hinanden, og vigtigst af alt en positiv tone. Du bliver en del af et team, hvor videndeling, udvikling og socialt sammenhold er centrale værdier.

 

Stillingen kan besættes enten i København eller Frederikshavn, da afdelingens medarbejdere er fordelt på disse 2 lokationer.

 

The accounting team consists of 13 employees and two trainees. In the department, there is an emphasis on open dialogue, often with a touch of humor. There is respect for colleagues and, most importantly, a positive tone and you will be part of a team, where knowledge sharing, development and social cohesion are important.

 

The position can be based in either Copenhagen or Frederikshavn, as the team is split across these two locations.
