Description du poste ##

  • Contribuer au développement de la visibilité et du rayonnement de l'entreprise sur les marchés suisse et internationaux.
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients en créant une relation commerciale durable.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et développer activement la clientèle.
  • Aller à la rencontre des clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et leur présenter les produits et nouveautés.
  • Être un interlocuteur privilégié des clients en les accompagnant et en les conseillant via différents canaux.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et commerciales, tout en participant avec la Direction au suivi des objectifs, à l'identification des prospects et au reporting de l'activité.

Profil recherché ##

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de transitaire ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du transport et de la vente en Suisse Romande.
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu économique local, régional et international.
  • Solides connaissances des réglementations douanières suisses et françaises.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Personnalité dynamique et ouverte, appréciant le contact, la nouveauté et faisant preuve d'empathie et d'initiative.
  • Organisé(e), consciencieux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'écoute.
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.
  • Orienté(e) solutions, avec un réel sens du service et des priorités.
