La ville de Thoune, avec environ 44 500 habitantes et habitants, est un lieu de travail et de vie important et attrayant, idéalement situé au bord du lac. Le service des migrations de la ville de Thoune dispose des compétences d'une autorité migratoire de première instance. Il régule les séjours soumis à autorisation et déclaration pour l'activité professionnelle, le regroupement familial, la formation, les visites, etc., ainsi que les différents types de séjour pour les ressortissants de pays tiers et de l'UE/AELE. Nous recherchons pour le 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, à durée déterminée jusqu'au 31 mars 2027, un/e ###

Vos tâches :

  • Conseil et soutien personnels à la clientèle au guichet des services aux habitants pour diverses demandes dans le domaine des affaires communales
  • Tâches administratives générales et saisie de documents
  • Selon qualification et aptitude, des tâches supplémentaires et plus avancées dans le domaine des régulations de séjour peuvent être assumées.

Vous apportez :

  • Formation achevée dans le domaine commercial ou qualification comparable
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine communal requise
  • Joie du contact avec les personnes et forte orientation service
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et sens des responsabilités
  • Aptitude informatique et maîtrise sûre des programmes informatiques courants
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en langues étrangères
