AI Consultant / Digital Transformation Specialist (m/w) 100% #

In dieser spannenden und zukunftsorientierten Position unterstützen Sie Organisationen bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Digitalisierungs- und AI-Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Entscheidungsträgern identifizieren Sie Potenziale zur Optimierung von Prozessen, entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungsansätze und begleiten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung innovativer Technologien. Dabei liegt der Fokus insbesondere auf den Themen Microsoft 365 Copilot, Künstliche Intelligenz, Prozessautomatisierung und digitale Zusammenarbeit. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse, die Erarbeitung von Digitalisierungs- und AI-Use-Cases sowie die Begleitung von Projekten von der Idee bis zur Einführung. Sie beraten Kunden und interne Stakeholder hinsichtlich der Möglichkeiten moderner AI-Technologien und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Konzepte mit messbarem Mehrwert. Zudem helfen Sie dabei, Anwender für neue Technologien zu begeistern und deren erfolgreiche Nutzung im Arbeitsalltag zu fördern. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Sicherstellung eines verantwortungsvollen Einsatzes von AI-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und regulatorischen Anforderungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie technischen Spezialisten zusammen und schaffen die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche digitale Transformation. Für diese Position bringen Sie erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Microsoft 365 oder Künstliche Intelligenz mit. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits an Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- oder AI-Projekten mitgewirkt und verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis von modernen Cloud- und Collaboration-Lösungen. Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an neuen Technologien aus. Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln, runden Ihr Profil ab. Deutsch auf muttersprachniveau, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
