  • la conception d'idées : analyse des sujets bancaires (par ex. paiements, négociation de titres, gestion des clients et des cartes) et recueil des besoins des utilisateurs
  • la définition d'idées : visualisation des solutions au moyen de prototypes (basés sur des guides de style, des modèles d'interaction éprouvés et des principes de design)
  • la coordination des idées : rassemblement des exigences des parties prenantes internes et externes (sondages réguliers dans le cadre d'ateliers)
  • la consolidation des solutions : élaboration des user stories fonctionnelles et techniques
  • les fournisseurs tiers, les interfaces ainsi que leur architecture et leur conception fonctionnelle
  • la mise en œuvre des solutions : garantie d'exigences de qualité élevées grâce à des critères d'acceptation appropriés, des tests structurés et une documentation
  • la maintenance des solutions : soutien dans l'évaluation et la qualification des problèmes et demandes soumis par les banques clientes

  • par une formation supérieure achevée en économie, finance ou informatique ou par plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle avec une formation complémentaire appropriée (par ex. IREB, CPRE, CBAP, CPUX)
  • par plusieurs années d'expérience en analyse d'affaires
  • par votre capacité à abstraire des processus complexes, à reconnaître des interrelations intersectorielles et à communiquer des idées clairement et de manière adaptée au public cible
  • idéalement avec des connaissances bancaires et de bonnes compétences techniques concernant les applications web, les langages de modélisation (par ex. UML ou BPMN) et les outils de prototypage
  • avec un allemand et un anglais courants
