Your profile: ##

  • You have a good district school or very good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Good verbal skills and enjoyment of foreign languages
  • A flair for numbers
  • Enjoy working on the computer
  • You are responsible, independent and have a good grasp of things
  • Organisational talent
  • You are motivated and willing to learn, as well as a team player and committed
  • You have good manners

Your practical areas of application: ##

  • All administrative tasks that arise in a company in the commercial sector
  • Ordering and disposition of various components in the purchasing department
  • Making agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Preparing quotations, order confirmations and invoices in the customer service department
  • Posting invoices and assisting with the month-end closing in financial accounting
  • Planning and organising events
  • Personnel administration
