Tâches ##

  • Organiser et coordonner le quotidien académique des étudiants.
  • Être le premier point de contact pour aider étudiants et personnel.
  • Collaborer avec divers équipes et participer à des événements.

Compétences ##

  • Étudiant de niveau A ou B avec d'excellents résultats.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer des tâches administratives.

Tes tâches

  • Tu es chez nous au cœur de l-action, pas seulement spectateur.
  • Tu organises et coordonnes le quotidien universitaire, par exemple pour les emplois du temps, les préparations de cours ou d-examens.
  • Tu es la première personne de contact au téléphone ou au guichet et aides les étudiant·e·s ainsi que les collaborateur·trice·s.
  • Tu soutiens lors des réunions, événements et diverses tâches administratives.
  • Tu travailles avec différentes équipes et découvres de nombreux domaines passionnants.
  • Tu prends des responsabilités et peux utiliser ton talent d-organisation au quotidien.

Ton profil

  • Tu fréquentes l-école secondaire niveau A avec de bonnes notes ou niveau B avec d-excellentes notes.
  • Tu aimes communiquer et sais bien t-exprimer.
  • Tu aimes organiser et gardes parfois une vue d-ensemble même quand il y a beaucoup à faire.
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe, es ouvert·e aux autres et participes activement de manière autonome.
  • Les chiffres et les tâches administratives font partie de tes points forts.
