Nous recherchons un Spécialiste Apsys Core Banking expérimenté et proactif pour rejoindre notre équipe informatique et assurer la stabilité, la fiabilité et la disponibilité de nos systèmes bancaires centraux.

 

À propos de vous

Vous avez une solide expérience avec la plateforme bancaire centrale Apsys en environnement de production, une bonne compréhension des opérations quotidiennes des systèmes bancaires et une attitude orientée résolution de problèmes. Les projets sur lesquels vous travaillerez ne sont pas des cas théoriques, vous devrez faire preuve d-imagination pour apporter les meilleures solutions, ainsi qu-une expérience pratique en support de production, surveillance des systèmes et stabilité opérationnelle, garantissant que les services bancaires critiques restent disponibles et fiables. Attitude proactive.

 

Compétences requises

  • Expérience dans la gestion et la surveillance des traitements batch quotidiens et de fin de journée, y compris le dépannage des tâches échouées, des dépendances et des erreurs de traitement.
  • Solides compétences en dépannage sur applications, services backend, bases de données, serveurs et intégrations, avec la capacité d-investiguer les problèmes à travers plusieurs couches techniques.
  • Expérience en gestion des incidents et des problèmes, incluant l-analyse des causes profondes, la coordination avec les équipes techniques et la résolution des problèmes en production.
  • Expérience pratique du support aux déploiements d-applications, mises en production, correctifs, mises à jour et maintenance courante dans des environnements de production contrôlés.
  • Bonne compréhension des configurations serveur et application, incluant la revue des logs, services, ressources système, connectivité et accès backend.
  • Connaissance opérationnelle des opérations de bases de données et surveillance de leur santé, avec la capacité d-investiguer les problèmes liés aux applications et aux données en collaboration avec les équipes bases de données.
  • Expérience dans le support et le dépannage des intégrations système, interfaces, API, transferts de fichiers et communications entre systèmes bancaires et externes.
  • Familiarité avec la gestion des accès utilisateurs et backend, contrôles de sécurité et procédures opérationnelles dans des environnements réglementés ou de services financiers.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sur différents domaines techniques tout en coordonnant efficacement avec les équipes infrastructure, base de données, développement, sécurité et métier.
  • Forte orientation opérationnelle avec un focus sur la disponibilité, stabilité, performance, réduction des risques et amélioration continue des systèmes.
