Tâches ##

Tâches ##

  • Traitement administratif :
  • Gestion et contrôle des documents
  • Gestion et documentation des mesures d'amélioration et de correction intercliniques
  • Organisation des enquêtes de satisfaction (patients, prescripteurs) ainsi que des audits internes et externes
  • Soutien aux contrôles des risques dans le cadre de l'ERM
  • Gestion et analyse des statistiques
  • Participation au projet de transformation vers le système de gestion intégré (IMS) des cliniques Suva sur les deux sites - par exemple :
  • Développement d'une application pour la documentation de l'IMS
  • Modélisation des processus et migration des documents
  • Formation des collaborateurs
  • Aide à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des concepts de qualité et des mesures d'amélioration de la qualité avec les départements spécialisés (par ex. pour le contrat de qualité selon KVG 58a)
  • Aide à la mise en œuvre et au contrôle des exigences/normes de qualité internes et externes (par ex. ANQ, Hplus)
  • Participation à des projets (par ex. Lean Management, gestion des dossiers)

 

Profil ##

  • Formation commerciale de base et/ou profession de santé
  • Formations telles que gestionnaire qualité en santé, gestionnaire qualité et processus ou équivalent
  • Expérience en gestion de la qualité, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé
  • Expérience en gestion de projets, Lean Management et gestion des dossiers est un atout
  • Capacité à penser et agir de manière interconnectée, avec aptitude à collaborer avec des personnes de différents groupes professionnels / parties prenantes
  • Capacité à communiquer de manière adaptée au niveau et au destinataire, ainsi que de façon orientée service, à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Très bonnes connaissances dans l'utilisation des produits MS Office et des applications pour systèmes de gestion intégrés
  • Indispensable : Maîtrise de l'allemand au niveau langue maternelle ainsi qu'excellente connaissance du français (au moins C1-C2) et disponibilité pour des déplacements (Sion, Berne)
