Description du poste ##

Distribution des médicaments et assistance logistique

  • Exécuter les commandes des unités de soins et préparer les livraisons.
  • Distribuer les médicaments aux unités de soins (soignants, médecins) effectuer les saisies informatiques et la vérification des opérations de livraison.
  • Collecter les informations logistiques nécessaires (prix, type de conditionnement, conditions de stockage, etc) sur divers médicaments.
  • Dispenser aux unités de soins les informations logistiques sur l'utilisation des médicaments (taille des emballages, formes disponibles, conditions de stockage, etc.).

Gestion et maintenance des stocks

  • Effectuer des commandes de médicaments auprès des grossistes et fournisseurs.
  • Effectuer la mise en place des médicaments à la pharmacie centrale et dans certaines pharmacies d'unités de soins.
  • Contrôler les quantités en stock et corriger les erreurs de stock à la pharmacie centrale.
  • Contrôler, à la pharmacie centrale et dans les pharmacies d'unités de soins, les dates de péremptions, retirer les produits périmés et les produits dormants, les retourner aux distributeurs ou les détruire.
  • Gérer les retours de médicaments des unités de soins.

Gestion administrative

  • Préparer la facturation des prestations aux unités de soins.
  • Effectuer divers travaux administratifs simples (étiquetages, classements, archivage des fiches stupéfiants etc.).
  • Effectuer la mise à jour des fichiers produits dans le logiciel de gestion.
  • Transmission des modifications, créations pour le logiciel de dossier patients informatisé.

Qualifications ##

  • Certificat fédéral de capacité d'assistante en pharmacie ( CFC)
  • Connaissance du logiciel Opale (plus)
