Rattaché au service médico-administratif, le secrétariat d-urologie est composé d-assistant·e·s médicaux·les et de collaborateur·trice·s médico-administratif·ve·s. L-équipe traite tout le volet administratif et l-assistanat pour l-ensemble des médecins du Service d-urologie.

Assistant·e médical·e spécialisé·e à 50%

Vos missions

  • Gestes techniques liés à l-activité de la consultation, tels que pose et ablation de sonde urinaire, tests, de sonde, diverses injections.
  • Préparation des instruments nécessaires à l'examen médical
  • Assister les médecins lors de certains soins ou petites interventions chirurgicales (cystoscopies, pose et changement de sonde sus-pubienne)
  • Assister les médecins pour des interventions (circoncision et vasectomie).
  • Accueil physique et installation des patient·e·s
  • Gestion des appels téléphoniques et de l-agenda pour la prise de rendez-vous
  • Gestion administrative des dossiers des patient·e·s (admissions, convocations et transmissions des rapports d-examen)
  • Frappe et envoi des rapports médicaux
  • Gestion du stock des fournitures médicales

Votre profil

  • CFC d'assistant·e médical·e
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années (dans le domaine de l-urologie, un atout)
  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française et de la terminologie médicale
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)

  • Très bonne gestion du stress

  • Capacité à collaborer en faisant preuve d-esprit d-équipe
  • Sens de l-organisation et discrétion
