Infirmière diplômée / Infirmier diplômé HES à 80 - 100 %

Vos tâches

  • Prise en charge et soins globaux des hôtes dans l'esprit de notre modèle de soins et du processus de soins
  • Prise en charge de tâches en tant que personne de référence soins
  • Responsabilité et contrôle du processus de soins des hôtes attribués, y compris la classification des besoins en soinsBESA
  • Collaborer avec les intervenants extérieurs (médecin, physiotérapeute,...)
  • Documentation électronique des soins au moyen de CareCoach
  • Planification et accompagnement des visites médicales
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité journalière avec coordination de l'équipe journalière
  • Gestion des discussions de cas et des rapports de soins infirmiers

Votre profil

  • Formation d'infirmier·ère diplômé·e achevée ou formation équivalente reconnue par la CRS
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans les soins de longue durée est un atout
  • Organisé·e, calme, rigoureux·se, engagé·e et motivé·e
  • Plaisir à relever des défis variés
  • De langue maternelle française ou la pratiquant de manière courante
