Description de l'emploi ##

En qualité d'assistant·e social·e du site de la Gare de l-École de l'Accueil, vous contribuez à l'accompagnement psycho-social des jeunes en vue de leur insertion dans un projet de formation professionnelle.

Vous soutenez et accompagnez les élèves et les familles en difficulté personnelle, familiale, socio-administrative ou financière.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres du groupe ressource de l'école.

 

La communication d'antécédents judiciaires (casier judiciaire vierge) est requise pour exercer la fonction.

Responsabilités ##

  • Évaluer les situations, conduire des entretiens et donner les suites nécessaires sur le plan socio-éducatif et administratif.
  • Favoriser les liens école - famille - réseau social ainsi que l'intégration sociale et administrative des élèves.
  • Aider les élèves dans leurs démarches administratives.
  • Superviser et préaviser les demandes d'aides financières des élèves.
  • Participer aux différentes séances de travail en lien avec la vie de l'établissement et l'accompagnement des élèves.
  • Assurer les liens avec les institutions partenaires et assumer les tâches administratives en lien avec la fonction.

Qualifications ##

  • Bachelor en travail social (HES) ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle avec des jeunes et si possible dans le domaine de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle - 5 ans
  • Connaissance du domaine de la migration et du système scolaire vaudois souhaitée
  • Intérêt pour le travail pluridisciplinaire, écoute active et empathie
